• High Purity Nickel: Composed of at least 99.0% nickel, Nickel 200 offers excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive media.
• Corrosion Resistance: Outstanding resistance to caustic alkalis, particularly sodium hydroxide, even at high temperatures. Also resistant to neutral and alkaline salt solutions.

• Pipes and tubes can be supplied with various surface finishes, including pickled, polished, or with a specific roughness as required by the application. Other finishes like bright annealed or ground finishes can also be provided.

• Nickel 200 can be annealed to restore ductility after cold working and to achieve the desired mechanical properties. Annealing is typically done at temperatures between 704°C (1300°F) and 871°C (1600°F).
